Basic Skill BadgesBasic Skills 1-6

This Learn to Skate USA program introduces the fundamental “basic skills” and moves of skating. There are six levels and once completed skaters will have the knowledge and skills to advance to specialized areas of the sport. This program is designed for school-aged skaters (age 5 and up). Skaters will have group lessons each week that provides a curriculum centered around the basic and upper-level skating skills of school-aged children. Groups are divided by skating skill/level and age to provide skaters with the best possible learning environment.
